No pets are allowed

If the client can not take the activity already booked or cancels it 36 hours before the tour starts, the client can have a 40% refund. This NOT applies for Machu Picchu, Salkantay/Inka treks, Full day tour Paracas-Huacachina or tours that include accommodation or restaurant reservations, in this case NO cancellations will be accepted.

You can modify your tour 72 hours before it, this could depend on the availability and type of tour. This NOT applies for Machu Picchu, Salkantay/Inka treks or tours that include accommodation or restaurant reservations, in this case NO cancellations will be accepted.

If the client cancels before 24 hours, Selina won't be able to process any refund.

We have a no show penalty that is 100% OF THE PRICE OF THE TOUR

Any expense for the tour already made by Selina that does not allow modification or change of tour dates will not be refunded and will be assumed by the client independent of date of purchase.
