• If the client can not take the activity already booked or cancels it 36 hours before the tour starts, the client can have a 40% refund. • If the client cancels before 24 hours, Selina won't be able to process any refund.
• We have a no show penalty that is 100% OF THE PRICE OF THE TOUR
• Any expense for the tour already made by Selina that does not allow modification or change of tour dates will not be refunded and will be assumed by the client independent of date of purchase.
